Teacher Breakfast This FRIDAYDon't forget to bring food for the Teacher Breakfast this Friday morning!!! We will have everything set up at 6:40 so teachers can come and eat and feel appreciated. :)
October 22 TailgateWe are having a tailgate cookout on October 22 for the Lassiter game!!!

 Gobble JogThis 5k/10k run walk on Thanksgiving Day would be a great way for students to prepare for the upcoming Season. It also is a great cause. Information about this non-school related event can be found at www.gobblejog.org The race is located at the Historic Marietta Square.

 Bring FOOD To the TAILGATE!Here is the list of what each class is to bring.
Seniors bring side dishes Juniors bring hot dogs and buns Sophomores bring desserts Freshmen bring drinks We will start at 6pm.  Fields of FaithFields of Faith will be October 14th hosted at Whitefield Academy. One Whitefield Drive, Mableton, GA 30126. Special Music and speaker Tim Worley, former UGA and Pittsburgh Steelers Running Back will be there.
7pm-8:30pm One Day. One Message. One Stand. This event for our region FCA schools, This is not sponsored by us here at MHS, we are just asked to come and join. We will have more info as it comes available.  We Need food... we are hungry.One of the great things about meeting at 6:40 in the morning is eating breakfast. Now for the past few years students have brought in food such as cereal, donuts, casseroles and other delicious treats. However, our supply is running out.... So if you would like to donate food to FCA PLEASE Contact us. Or send the food with your student to FCA. We really appreciate the help. IF local church's would like to come and support by providing breakfast one week, that would be amazing!!!
 FCA COOKOUTIn combination with the Senior Cookout, October 9th, we will be grilling out on Polk Street across from the main gate.Starting at 6pm. It is the same house where we had our cookout last year. If you would like to help out with bringing food, or your church would like to help out please email Mr. Andrews. We are hoping to have a lot of fun. Most of the seniors will be grilling out with the Senior cookout, giving the underclassmen a place to have fun too.
FIRST FCA OF THE YEARWe will start back with FCA every Friday Morning starting in September. We will have a kick off night TBA. Remember ANYONE can come to FCA we do not have sign up sheets, bring friends, family and pets. Well not pets. Savannah King is this years FCA President. Other staff will be announced soon. If you have any questions come by and see Mr. Andrews in E108 or Mrs. Sutton.
